Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we can refund the purchase price or exchange products purchased from us subject to the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase with suitable proof of purchase.
- Item must be in original condition (including packaging) and not used.
- Gift cards, customised or special order products (including all printing, framing and stretching products and services) are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
If something you have purchased is unsafe, significantly different from the sample or description, doesn’t do what we said it would or has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it you can return this for a full refund or exchange.
If the problem is not a major problem or can be easily fixed, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or replace it.
